Michael has worked with children, juniors and adult athletes to increase their focus and enhance confidence to build a successful platform for recreational play as well as local, state, national and international competition.
Using methods drawn from Eastern philosophies and traditions including breathing techniques and visualization in meditative states, athletes learn to use their mental strength to compliment their physical skills. Performance is optimized with a positive mindset grounded in routines and habits of the successful athlete. Techniques and practices learned have vast application in daily life.
